Healing from Within
The body’s ability to heal is often ignored in modern medicine, where the focus is on eliminating disease through drugs and surgery. While these modalties are necessary, it is the body’s innate healing ability that ultimately determines whether health is restored.
At IQ Health, we believe that the body’s healing ability is the first line of defence and health. Not only is this natural healing ability innate and within all living organisms, but it is also intelligent system spanning every cell and organic in the body.
Alongside complementary health modalities, like homeopathy and phytotherapy, we also teach patients about interoception. This allows you to better understand your body and provide the necessary resources for health and wellness.

The IQ Health Approach
We focus on the individual and not just the disease and symptoms. Our approach is to understand patients on a physical, mental and emotional level to ascertain where the impediment to health and wellness may lie. Consultation fees are covered by most medical aids, depending on the plan option.
Consultation
Initial consultations may be 1 to 1.5 hours long and follow-up consultations are 30 to 45 minutes. Further tests and investigations may be necessary.
Prescription
Prescriptions may be dispensed in-practice or scripted to select homeopathic and phytotherapy pharmacies. Courier options are available through the pharmacy.
Communication
We provide convenient email and WhatsApp channels for patients to communicate with our practitioners between scheduled consultations.
